It was lovely to be asked back to photograph Peter as I remembered him as such a smiley, happy go lucky . As a he is a dream to photograph as you only have to look at him and he laughs. He had just woken from a sleep so I wanted to capture that cuddly, drowsy stage before he he sprang into life. Peter loved playing with his blocks. Clever boy can spell already! We spent a lovely morning just chilling out and enjoying Peters delicious smiles. Here are some of my favourites.

Little buddy was just a few weeks old when I went to visit him at home in Stroud. He was just at that gorgeous stage where all he wanted was to be fed and sleep. Probably just like his parents!! As a in gloucestershire I love this stage as it is very soon over and you have to be patient and wait for the right moment. Babies can’t be rushed. You have the time to just hold them and admire them and marvel at what you have created. I love the shot of buddy slumped over on Daddy’s lap. It’s a hard life feeding and sleeping. Looking froward to catching up with you in 6 months for our next photo session. Enjoy choosing your photos. Here are some of my favourites……

Ok so its february and I am still blogging from christmas but I am saving the best to last! This was my last photography shoot before Xmas and its one that I look forward to like Xmas itself. I have been photographing Grace since she was just a few weeks and see her on a regular basis. She is growing into a very beautiful, confident little girl and I am honoured to have captured the journey so far. Christmas is always a time for indulgence and that’s just what we did! Grace ate nearly all the chocolates on the tree and we started on the champagne well before the photo shoot was over. Don’t worry I don’t expect it on all my shoots ……….just Xmas!Looking forward to putting the book together.  Get well soon Helen.x

I was delighted when this family announced the arrival of Barnaby because it meant as a in Gloucestershire I was going to see a lot more of them! I photographed Florence since she was a and made a book up of her first 18 months. I love the  photo of her admiring herself as a . I shall look forward to doing the same for Barnaby so he will be able to do the same. It was a pleasure to take my time with Barnaby as Florence is now as quick as the wind and keeps me on my toes! Looking forward to helping you choose the favourite ones for the gallery wall. Quite a few to choose from! Here are a few of my favourites.

Baby Photography Gloucestershire and London

Ahhhh, there is nothing quite like it when your starts to smile at you. They think you are the best thing in the world and for that brief moment you probably are ! As a in gloucestershire and mother of three teenagers I now how precious those moments are. For that reason I love this first shot. This session was one of my mini shoots that I offered at the Baby Show. One hours photo session at my home studio with 10 photos and a mini book for £295. Children’s family photographer Gloucestershire

Last year I photographed the of Scarlett Griffin. I haven’t posted any of their photo shoots on my blog as I know they were to be kept a surprise for Christmas. Well, now Christmas is over and done with I can finally share some of the photos. Its quite amazing for me as I am useless at keeping secrets. Scarlett looked a peach in her gorgeous dress as did her Mum! The afternoon was spent at Ellenborough park where the kids were fully entertained with Punch and Judy and a bouncy castle. As a children’s this was the perfect setting as I could snap away to my heart’s content. More to follow…………

It was a pleasure to go back and meet this family again just before Christmas.  Archie was fascinated with the Christmas tree but thought it was a good idea to eat the baubles! He also loved the cat and its tail. Which kept me on my toes crawling around after them. I followed him into the bathroom, as his other favourite pass time is simply flushing the loo! Love this first shot of him as he looks quite serious and almost Victorian! As a one of the best things about my job is going back to see families and catching up with their lives. Shared a great sense of humour with this family. Enjoy your photos.x

It was Bella’s first birthday party at the very swanky in Cheltenham. A fabulous venue for a children’s party as there is lots of space for the toddlers to run around. The staff were very pleasant and the nibbles were perfect. Bella looked very gorgeous in her spotted dress which complimented the ladybird theme. We couldn’t loose her as she squeaked her way around the restaurant (squeaky shoes) much to her delight. Happy Birthday Bella. xx

The last time I photographed this family I remember dressing them up in Xmas costumes much to Tayte’s disapproval! Don’t think he was scarred for life ? It was lovely to return back to their family home and see all the changes that they had made. Especially all the photos in white frames in the hallway. I am inspired! We had fun playing in the house. Poppy enjoys snap and dressing up and Tayte enjoys his train set and hide and seek, although there was a little cheating in the ‘no peeking whilst counting to 10′ bit! We then braved the weather and the kids enjoyed scooting along on the Honeybourne Way. I love the shots of Tayte on the ‘naughty step’ looking slightly disgruntled and then ever so slightly bored! I loved the years of the ‘naughty step’……….everything seemed so easy then. Just wait until the teenage years. x
