This is going to be the longest set of blog photos, as I just have so many favourites. Helen and Grace were having another one of their fabulous parties. This one was Easter and the chocolate and champagne were flowing. The kids were in heaven because the more the parents drank the more chocolate they could eat! Fabulous to watch. It felt like a balmy summers day ….perfect. However, it all was too much for Grace and she fell asleep in her mum’s arms just as the last guest was leaving…….me. I have thoroughly enjoyed putting the book together. Thank you Helen , already looking forward to the next one.x

Firstly apologies for lack of blogs just very busy at the moment trying to keep on top things! Will catch up soon. Its always a pleasure to photograph Grace and Helen. Christmas eve seemed a perfect time to reflect on the year and celebrate christmas together. Grace was in fine form and showed her determined side when putting on another one of her many hats! She was allowed to do things that are normally forbidden, like pressing the buttons on the dvd machine and dismantling the xmas tree! Well it was xmas anyway! As it was a white xmas it seemed a good opportunity to buy red wellies and introduce her to the snow. Grace was not impressed……….but we were!

Well we are well into the new year and I just wanted to say a belated happy new year to all my clients and blog watchers. 2010 was a great year for me and my photography business and I am very excited about 2011. I have just spent 3 days at the SWPP convention in London and have got lots of new ideas and tips to put into use. I rarely include photos of my family as I never seem to have the time to photograph them.! These are just a few snaps taken on Xmas day as we went sledging in Miserden before the big meal. Yes I do mean snaps…..no professional camera, just a little snapper so that I don’t get my photography head on can concentrate on having fun with the family!! Looking forward to meeting old and new clients this year. xxxxxx

I had the pleasure of photographing Grace’s christening. It was a lovely sunny day and a very personal, intimate service. Grace was wearing the most beautiful dress…….of course! Finally I got a stunning shot of Helen that she actually liked! Phew………… looking forward to seeing the book. Here are just a few favourites from the day. Thanks for the champagne in Hotel Du Vin. x

Ok so I may have chosen just a little too many for this blog but I just love them all. I love it when I am asked to photograph a wedding from start to finish. I feel that you can really report and be part of the whole day with all its emotions. Olly and Emma were very relaxed and seemed to enjoy the day especially  as it was at Emma’s home, on the farm.  I am listening to Adele constantly now…..great song!  Thanks so much for the champagne.

I first  photographed Ethan on Christmas eve last year. So it was a pleasure to be asked back to meet the extended family and to see how much he has grown. A beautiful setting in the garden and a great swing chair. I love the look on Ethan’s face as he nearly reaches the blackberry ! We were lucky again with the weather. Looking forward to having another session with just Ethan before you go off on your new adventure.

Ahhhhh ……..it’s that time of year when you realise your children are no longer children and they are packing themselves off to university. Well just before Will took himself off I went to the Humphrie’s home to mark the occasion. We did lots of family shots in the garden including the very hairy rabbit, Thumper and Archie the Dog. I then took the teenagers off for a walk with the dog. I love the colour photo of Jen, she looks stunning. I only wish she new it too! The chemistry between brother and sister was a delight  to capture. You are very lucky………..it’s not always like that.
