I was delighted to be asked to photograph Fiona and Richard’s wedding this July. They thought they wouldn’t be doing the ‘wedding thing’ again but you all know my moto……Never say Never! I am so looking forward to it as the children will be very much apart of the special occasion. I went to meet all the family at their home in Wilersey. The girls were very natural and very gorgeous! I love the one of Georgina and the her cat. I’ve put far too many on the blog but i just can’t choose. The happy couple!

I was delighted to be asked back to photograph the Thompson family, as they have a new addition to the family………..Laura! This time we spent time at home just chilling out. I love the shot of Toby washing his car. (Although it looked pretty clean to me) . They say you should never work with children and animals and I do both. So it was great to get Roly the dog involved as he is of course a very important part of the family. Toby enjoyed playing with his train set and reading his favourite books. I love the concentration on his face. Laura’s bedroom was pure and pretty and we couldn’t resist putting her in her towelling robe. She looked just ready for the spa….. darling!

I love, love, love the snow! Fortunately so do my clients …..especially the kids. So I was delighted when this photo shoot wasn’t cancelled due to the weather. We were spoilt as we had virgin snow in the garden to play in. The dog was in her element too! After a while Eloise had had her fill of the cold so we went indoors to play hide and seek. She has beautiful blue eyes that I had to capture. I also love the one of Max starring out of the window after a morning of fun in the snow. Bring on more snow…….I love it!

What a special day this was. Claire and Barry  (who make the most fantastic parents), celebrated the much deserved adoption of their two beautiful girls Lani and Lulu. After the ceremony we went back to their home to celebrate with a fabulous spread, plenty of champagne and cake. The girls were in their element surrounded by lots of loving friends and family. Claire made the most wonderful speech. I found it hard to focus as my eyes were welling up!  A very special day to remember……..and… yes dreams really can come true.

The Beynon family asked me to photograph their family at their beautiful country home in a very pretty Cotswold village. The family house was due to be sold and it was and end of an era. It’s always sad to move from a well loved home that you’ve lived in for so long. However, change can be a good thing! Guy and Conrad were two of the kindest most polite boys that I have met. They obviously adored their little sister Livy. I love the contrast of rugby playing boys and the gentleness they showed towards their sister. Glad the dog managed to make it the photoshoot. It wouldn’t have been the same without him! Again I have too many to show but here are some of my favs.

Getting seriously behind with my blogs as I am very busy with the run up to Christmas. Apologies to those that are waiting to see their blog. These next photos were taken at the end of the summer at the Cooper family home. They were celebrating  the new arrival to the family, Daisy the labrador. I think she must be twice the size now! I love these kids they are so photogenic and I love the way they are. We had fun playing in the garden and having a teddy bears picnic. Not just teddy bears I think every toy came out of the bedrooms. I also love the shot of India on the bed. Would have been great to get all three but there’s always next time! I have so many from this family I can’t narrow it down.

It was lovely to meet up with Finn and Lexi again as I last photographed them when Finn was just a baby. That’s the best thing about my job, I get to see my clients growing up! I spent a morning at their home playing around in the garden (as again we were spoilt with good weather!) and taking the dog Izzy for a walk. Although Izzy was a little reluctant to start with she soon enjoyed her walkies. I love the shot of Lexi walking her with the lead. Something about it just says ‘carefree childhood’. I was very impressed that both Lexi and Finn managed to keep a secret about the photoshoot as it was a birthday present for Daddy . I made up a book of all the photos for their Dad’s Birthday. Happy Birthday !

I spent the morning with the very lovely Hatvany girls and their pets! After exploring the garden I took Claire, Tessa, Imogen and Tango (the favourite dog) up the hill for a walk. The light was beautiful and the girls were very natural. I love the one of them walking down the hill with the light in their hair. They look and moved like supermodels ! We all laughed when we made Emilie ( my daughter/assistant ) phone the school for her exam results! Luckily she did well. Here are a few of my favourites…….

As we are on the animal theme I thought I’d follow with  Pluto’s photo shoot. Its not just Humans I photograph. I was asked by a friend to photograph her very gorgeous, energetic labrador, Pluto. Who happens to be best friends with Pepper (my not so energetic cocker spaniel). We took them on one of our favourite walks and found a stunning carpet of bluebells. As you can see they loved the water . Hope you are enjoying your book!

I’m afraid its feast and famine when it comes to my blog at the moment. So much going on….can hardly keep up. So apologies if the next few blogs are not in order. There may be a little queue jumping!

I spent a day at ‘Vets on The park’ and photographed a typical day. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and was touched by the caring attitude of all that worked there. There was a real variety of pets and their owners! Such a lovely homely feel to the place. My dog loves going there even if its for an operation! Here are a few from the day.
