Christmas Eve with Grace

Its always a pleasure to photograph Grace and Helen. Christmas eve seemed a perfect time to reflect on the year and celebrate christmas together. Grace was in fine form and showed her determined side when putting on another one of her many hats! She was allowed to do things that are normally forbidden, like pressing the buttons on the dvd machine and dismantling the xmas tree! Well it was xmas anyway! As it was a white xmas it seemed a good opportunity to buy red wellies and introduce her to the snow. Grace was not impressed……….but we were!

Beautiful Bella

Bella was a complete delight to photograph. She did everything we wanted her to, right on cue. Sleep, cry , feed and smile. I love the t shirt shots with noisy, loud and big. Looking forward to putting them together in a frame. However my absolute favourite is this first one. Bella in her magic blanket. Congratulations Toria and Sid she’s a little darling…….blessed with our girls!

January 30, 2011 - 6:20 pm Toria - What can I say?!?!? You've captured every part of her personality! The pictures are amazing and will be cherished not just by us but by her in years to come. Thankyou so much xxxx

Ros, Lee and family

One miracle is a blessing but two is just freaky! Jack Oliver ( love the name ) is the new addition to this very gorgeous . I was invited back to photograph the at home to celebrate the occasion. Love the girls in their fairy costumes. I hope Eloise will now see a fairer proportion of photos on the walls! She doesn’t seem to miss a trick. It felt like Deja vu when Lee got out his favourite Nike T-shirt. However my absolute favourite is the one of Maddy and Eloise tucking into their food on the sofa in their fairy outfits! Look at the concentration on their little faces.Ahhhhhhhh …they know what’s what! Have a fabulous, no doubt busy Xmas. xxxxx

Jade and Family

This was a lovely shoot in one of my favourite parks in Cheltenham. It was especially lovely as there was a covering of snow. Unfortunately Tristan was not on form that day but he put in good appearance and actually I love those cuddly shots when they are just a little bit more needy. Looking forward to doing more in the new year. After our trip to the park we soon warmed up in the bedroom with hot tea and biscuits. Have got far too many to show………have to narrow it down. These are my final favs x

Camilla and family

I do love to catch up with my clients to do these mini sessions just to see how the kids are growing. I know it seems like a cliche but it does fly!! Mia wasn’t feeling on form but its amazing what a dose of calpol can do in such a short space of time. I love, love, love this first shot. They just look so adorable! There was a park just across the road that we visited, despite the chilly weather. Here are some of my favs. x

Grace’s christening

I had the pleasure of photographing Grace’s . It was a lovely sunny day and a very personal, intimate service. Grace was wearing the most beautiful dress…….of course! Finally I got a stunning shot of Helen that she actually liked! Phew………… looking forward to seeing the book. Here are just a few favourites from the day. Thanks for the champagne in Hotel Du Vin. x

The warren Family

I went back to visit the Warren at home to catch up on how the girls have grown. I loved the white play house in the garden and the tea set. Took me back to when my girls were playing with tea sets and playhouses. Lovely! After a romp on the bed and a play with some toys we headed off to the park. It was starting to get chilly but we wrapped up took some bubbles with us.

Florence

I went back to photograph Florence, Karen and Raf just before they moved house. It was lovely to see them again and to see how much Florence has changed in her first year. Not quite walking yet but very determined. We had fun dressing her up in pretty dresses, playing in the garden……..lots of apples! I love the one of Florence in her mummy’s arms sucking her thumb. Heaven can wait!

Olly and Emma’s wedding

Ok so I may have chosen just a little too many for this blog but I just love them all. I love it when I am asked to photograph a wedding from start to finish. I feel that you can really report and be part of the whole day with all its emotions. Olly and Emma were very relaxed and seemed to enjoy the day especially  as it was at Emma’s home, on the farm.  I am listening to Adele constantly now…..great song!  Thanks so much for the champagne.

November 5, 2010 - 6:45 pm Laura - Couldn't have done it with out you!

November 4, 2010 - 10:55 am Heulwen Rees - they look great Laura!

Clare, Scarlett and Sophia.

Well, what a treat. Three gorgeous girls and a big white bed with a mass of plump white pillows. My idea of heaven! My advice to anyone who has small is buy the biggest bed you can afford as you’ll be spending a lot more time there. No need to advise Clare, as she was already prepared. We spent a morning playing around on the bed reading books and generally enjoying the cosy warmth. Scarlett (the sister) was happy to be adored by all of us and nodded off when she had enough! Sophia is just a little doll…….looking forward to doing some more shots and hopefully getting the other rocking in it! I have loads to show but here are some of my favourites.
