I adore baby photography as there are so many different stages and moments to capture especially in the first year. This was the second (and a half) time I have photographed this beautiful boy Orlando. He is blessed with beautiful skin and very dark hair. This time I got to spend more time with daddy. As he was the chief rocker in order to get Orlando off to sleep I couldn’t resist the jeans shot with the tiny feet poking out. All done with natural light and in the comfort of your own home! After we dressed him up in his christening gown for a few shots we introduced him to the mirrors. I love the family shot of them in the mirror very natural and unaware of the camera. Orlando was a pleasure to photograph. The dog was very well behaved too! 

The clock is ticking and I am burning the midnight oil so I can finish these photos for Bella’s first birthday. The lucky girl (and parents) have won a birthday party for her first birthday at The Montpellier Chapter as she was born on the day it opened! A double celebration! She was a delight to photograph just at the stage where she was taking her first steps and tottering. She has the most amazing eyelashes……lucky girl. Bedtime was my favourite time of day when my kids were little. Not just because it meant I had time to myself but I found it such a special intimate time of day. Therefore I was delighted to be asked to photograph Grace as she shared her bedtime routine with me. We did the usual stuff, teatime, story time, bath time, tantrums and finally bedtime! I love it when they nod off to sleep. It almost makes you want to wake them up and start it all over again. Well ……maybe not. Not once you pour that first deserved glass of wine! Looking forward to showing you the book and seeing you soon. x

This was a fantastic photo shoot as Baby Peter was so happy. One of the smiliest baby’s I have photographed. Who can blame him with all those adoring grandparents! I love the photos with all the generations together. A rare opportunity for me. I particularly love this first one as he is being adored on both sides! Lucky him.
