Talking of seeing my clients again and again. Christmas would not be the same with out a visit from The Hamblings. Grace is an absolute delight to photograph. She is of course, getting quite used to me photographing her and I think she rather enjoys it. I loved this session as Grace’s really girlie side came through. Nobody wanted to venture outside. Far too cold when it was snug and cosy by the fire! I love the Cinderella shoes but then I am quite obsessed with feet ! Looking forward to meeting the new addition to the family soon……very exciting!

The great thing about my job is that I get to see my clients again and again. Then it is like seeing old friends again rather than clients. This is one of those families. I have been photographing them on a regular basis and it is lovely to see the kids growing and seeing their characters develop. This time we ventured out to the park, although it was a little cold the boys didn’t seem to mind. Looking froward to seeing you all again soon. x Here are some of my favourites…..

What a special day this was. Claire and Barry  (who make the most fantastic parents), celebrated the much deserved adoption of their two beautiful girls Lani and Lulu. After the ceremony we went back to their home to celebrate with a fabulous spread, plenty of champagne and cake. The girls were in their element surrounded by lots of loving friends and family. Claire made the most wonderful speech. I found it hard to focus as my eyes were welling up!  A very special day to remember……..and… yes dreams really can come true.

I had the pleasure of meeting Becky last year as I photographed her beautiful, big bump! Well this was the follow up session. It was a great session as Tatye was quite happy to be photographed and placed in different positions. Until it came to the last idea, which was to dress up the kids in Xmas outfits for the xmas card. We had lots of fun and Poppy enjoyed lots of chocolate buttons ( I am all for a bit of bribery ). Unfortunately Tayte was too young to benefit from the buttons. Maybe he’ll see the funny side when he’s older?

Ok so I know I am very behind with my blogs. Sorry to those of you that are waiting to see what I write about your little darlings! Soon I promise. However, today was my official day back at work as as the kids went back to school and husband was packed off to work. So the fun is over! I have loved this last week of snow. Its been like an extended holiday. I have been a bore and taken (only a little camera ) out on our sledging trips. I thoroughly recommend Chedworth for sledging and The Seven Tuns for open fires. Heaven . I have to share some of my snaps. Happy New Year to all my clients family and friends.xxxxxxx I have a good feeling aboout 2010!
